Method
- Harvest and prepare dandelion petals
- Infuse petals in water
- Strain the mixture
- Combine liquid with lemon juice and pectin
- Bring to a full boil and add sugar
- Cook until it reaches the setting point
- Skim off foam and add butter
- Pour into sterilized jars
- Process jars in a water bath
- Allow to cool and set
