Elevate Your Dinner with Kale Pasta Delight

Kale Pasta made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g pasta spaghetti or fettuccine
  • 200 g kale chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes halved
  • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Stir in the chopped kale and cook until wilted, about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and stir to combine.
  7. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the kale and tomatoes.
  8. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper, then toss to combine.
