Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, chopped rosemary, thyme, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar.
  3. Rub the herb mixture all over the pork tenderloin, ensuring it is well-coated.
  4. Place the pork tenderloin on a roasting pan or baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  7. Slice the pork tenderloin and serve with additional herbs or a side of your choice.
