Method
- Prepare the cheese by cutting it into cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, sliced garlic, red pepper flakes, dried oregano, and balsamic vinegar.
- Add the cheese cubes to the bowl and gently toss to coat them in the marinade.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Before serving, allow the cheese to come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Transfer the marinated cheese to a serving platter, drizzling remaining marinade on top.
