Elevate Your Appetizers with Marinated Cheese

Marinated Cheese made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz of feta cheese
  • 1 cup of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoons of dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar

Method
 

  1. Prepare the cheese by cutting it into cubes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, sliced garlic, red pepper flakes, dried oregano, and balsamic vinegar.
  3. Add the cheese cubes to the bowl and gently toss to coat them in the marinade.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. Before serving, allow the cheese to come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  6. Transfer the marinated cheese to a serving platter, drizzling remaining marinade on top.
