Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chickpeas

Method
 

  1. Soak and prepare chickpeas if using dried ones.
  2. Drain and rinse chickpeas.
  3. Combine chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and salt in a food processor.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning.
