Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh pita bread for serving
  • Tzatziki sauce for serving

Method
 

  1. Trim and cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Prepare the marinade by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
