Incorporate the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the skillet with the bean mixture.
Toss everything together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately, garnished with grated Parmesan if desired.
