Delightful Maple-Pecan Crusted Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 ounces each
  • 1/2 cup pecans finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and olive oil.
  4. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Brush the maple-Dijon mixture generously over the top of each fillet.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the glazed salmon, pressing gently to adhere.
  7. Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  9. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
