  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Green food coloring
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candy

Method
 

  1. Prepare your baking dish
  2. Melt the white chocolate and condensed milk
  3. Add peppermint extract and food coloring
  4. Fold in marshmallows and crushed peppermint
  5. Pour into the prepared dish
  6. Chill until set
  7. Slice and serve
