Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup assorted fresh fruits grapes, strawberries, kiwi
  • 1 cup cubed cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or feta
  • Skewers 8-10 inches
  • Fresh mint leaves optional
  • Balsamic glaze optional

Method
 

  1. Wash and prepare the fruits.
  2. Cube the cheese into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Assemble the kabobs by alternating fruit and cheese on skewers.
