Ingredients
  

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella balls bocconcini
  • 1 bunch fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.
  2. Prepare the skewers by getting wooden or metal skewers ready.
  3. Assemble the skewers by alternating tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella.
