Delightful Baked Salmon for Any Occasion

Baked Salmon made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh dill or parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add lemon slices on top of each fillet.
  6. Sprinkle fresh herbs on top before baking.
  7. Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes, or until flaky.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
