Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and season with salt and pepper.
- Add lemon slices on top of each fillet.
- Sprinkle fresh herbs on top before baking.
- Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes, or until flaky.
- Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
