  • 12 large jalapeño peppers
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 4 ounces pepperoni chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the jalapeños by slicing them in half and removing the seeds and membranes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, chopped pepperoni, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and chopped parsley.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture, pressing it in firmly.
  5. Arrange the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the jalapeños are tender and the filling is golden and bubbly.
