Deliciously Simple Maple-Glazed Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 ounces each
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare the glaze by mixing maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic in a bowl.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the maple glaze generously over the salmon fillets.
  6. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
  8. Serve the salmon with the reserved glaze drizzled over the top and your choice of sides.
