Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, cook tortellini according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tortellini with marinara sauce and spinach, mixing well.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Top the mixture with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
