  • 12 ounces cheese tortellini
  • 24 ounces marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, cook tortellini according to package instructions, then drain.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tortellini with marinara sauce and spinach, mixing well.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  5. Top the mixture with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
