Deliciously Easy Baked Feta Pasta for Everyone

Baked Feta Pasta made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 300 g pasta penne or fusilli
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, olive oil, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread everything out evenly in the dish and place it in the oven. Bake for about 30 minutes or until the tomatoes burst and the feta is soft.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve some pasta water, then drain.
  5. Once the baking time is up, remove the dish from the oven. Use a fork to mash the feta and tomatoes together until combined.
  6. Add the drained pasta to the baking dish and toss to combine. If the mixture is too thick, add some reserved pasta water.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
