Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound white fish fillets e.g., cod or haddock
  • 2 cups potatoes cubed
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables peas, carrots, corn
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup cream or milk
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare the fish and vegetables.
  2. Sauté the onion and garlic.
  3. Add the potatoes and mixed vegetables.
  4. Mix in the cream, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fold in the fish.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and bake.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
