  • 2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • cup baking soda
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
  • Coarse sea salt for topping

Method
