In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
While the meatballs bake, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
In a large skillet, warm the marinara sauce over medium heat.
Once baked, add the meatballs to the skillet with the marinara sauce.
Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet, tossing to combine.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
