Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pretzel crisps
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping like Cool Whip
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries chopped
  • 1/2 cup strawberry preserves

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pretzel crisps and melted butter.
  3. Press the pretzel mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until lightly golden, then cool completely.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Fold in the whipped topping gently until combined.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
  8. In a bowl, mix chopped strawberries and strawberry preserves together.
  9. Top the cream cheese layer with the strawberry mixture evenly.
  10. Chill the completed dip in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
