Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz smoked salmon
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon capers rinsed and chopped
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • Fresh vegetables optional: cucumber or bell pepper, sliced

Method
 

  1. Prepare the cream cheese mixture.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the tortillas.
  3. Layer the smoked salmon and optional veggies.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly.
