Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Maple syrup for serving

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients
  2. In another bowl, whisk the wet ingredients
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients
  4. Preheat your skillet or griddle
  5. Add batter to the skillet
  6. Flip and cook the other side
  7. Repeat with remaining batter
  8. Serve with maple syrup and toppings
