Delicious Mini Quiches for Every Occasion

Mini Quiches made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pie crust 9-inch
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar, Swiss, or your choice
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables spinach, bell peppers, onion, etc.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and cut into circles to fit mini muffin tins.
  3. Press the crust circles into the mini muffin tin and prick with a fork.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream until well combined.
  5. Stir in cheese, chopped vegetables, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared crusts, filling each to about three-quarters full.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the quiches are set and lightly golden on top.
  8. Let the mini quiches cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan.
  9. Serve warm or at room temperature, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
