Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the turkey breast by patting it dry.
Rub the turkey with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear both sides of the turkey breast.
Transfer the seared turkey breast to a baking dish and add chicken broth.
Drizzle with lemon juice and cover with aluminum foil.
Roast in the oven for approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Allow the turkey to rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
