Combine flour, yeast, and salt in a large bowl.
Add warm water and olive oil to the dry mixture.
Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with a cloth to rise for 1 hour.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
Cut the rolled dough into smaller squares, approximately 3 inches each side.
Place a small amount of cheese and filling in the center of each square.
Fold the corners over the filling and seal tightly with your fingers or a fork.
Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving with pizza sauce.
