Prepare the vegetables by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, combine the vegetables, olive oil, salt, and pepper; toss until evenly coated.
Thread the vegetables onto skewers, alternating colors and types.
Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until tender and charred.
During the last couple of minutes, brush the skewers with balsamic glaze.
Remove from the grill and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
