Ingredients
  

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 4 tablespoons fresh rosemary chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Method
 

  1. Prepare the marinade by combining rosemary, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Place the lamb chops in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the lamb from the marinade and let the excess liquid drip off.
