Delicious Chicken Taco Mexican Pinwheels for Any Occasion

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, and sour cream thoroughly.
  2. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, black olives, chopped green onions, and taco seasoning to the mixture.
  3. Spread an even layer of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla.

  5. Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing.
  6. After chilling, remove the pinwheels from the refrigerator and unwrap the plastic.
