Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup broccoli finely chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the broccoli filling by mixing the chopped broccoli, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Slice a pocket into each chicken breast to hold the filling.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the broccoli mixture and secure the openings with toothpicks.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear each stuffed chicken breast for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the seared chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
