Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds little smokies
  • 1 cup bourbon
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine bourbon, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and pepper.
  3. Add the little smokies to the bowl and toss them gently in the sauce until fully coated.
  4. Transfer the coated smokies to a baking dish, spreading them out evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
  7. Serve warm with toothpicks for easy eating!
