Spoon the mixture into each jalapeño half, filling them generously.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of each filled jalapeño.
Place the filled jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Allow cooling for a few minutes before serving.
