  • 1 pound fresh strawberries
  • 8 ounces dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • Optional toppings: chopped nuts sprinkles, or sea salt

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly.
  2. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together.
  4. Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate.
  5. Add your desired toppings immediately.
  6. Place the dipped strawberries on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
