Ingredients
  

  • 12 rice paper wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  • Fresh herbs mint and cilantro, 1/4 cup each
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Oil for frying vegetable or peanut

Method
 

  1. Prepare the filling.
  2. Soften the rice paper wrappers.
