Add water gradually to the dry mixture until you achieve a smooth batter.
Gently fold the tofu cubes into the batter until fully coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange the coated tofu cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry the tofu nuggets for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
