  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes.
  3. Cut the sweet potatoes into fry-shaped wedges.
  4. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges with olive oil and spices.
  5. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
