Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the wings with vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake the wings for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with parsley.
