Form the mixture into small balls or patties, about 1-1.5 inches in diameter.
Lightly coat the falafels with olive oil spray or brush them gently with oil.
Arrange the falafels in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they're not touching.
Cook at 375°F (190°C) for about 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Remove the falafels from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
