Ingredients
  

  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 package cocktail sausages or mini hot dogs
  • 1 egg for egg wash
  • Optional: mustard or ketchup for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the can of crescent roll dough and unroll it onto a clean surface.
  3. Cut the crescent roll dough into smaller triangles if necessary.
  4. Place a cocktail sausage at the wide end of each triangle and roll it up.
  5. Pinch the dough ends to seal the rolls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush it over each roll.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
