Creative Twists on Classic Deviled Eggs

Deviled Eggs made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Smoked paprika for garnish

Method
 

  1. Boil the eggs in a pot of cold water.
  2. Simmer the eggs for 9-12 minutes.
  3. Transfer eggs to an ice bath.
  4. Peel the cooled eggs and slice in half.
  5. Prepare the yolk filling mixture.
  6. Fill the egg white halves with the yolk mixture.
  7. Sprinkle with smoked paprika and chill.
