Creative Pinwheel Sandwiches for Any Occasion

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large tortillas
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 bell pepper finely diced
  • 1/2 cup spinach leaves chopped
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing or any preferred dressing
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare all ingredients by chopping and shredding them as necessary.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over one tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Layer the shredded chicken, carrots, diced bell pepper, and spinach evenly over the cream cheese.
  5. Starting from one edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a log.
  6. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and fillings until all are rolled.
  7. Using a sharp knife, slice each rolled tortilla into 1-inch pieces.
  8. Arrange the sliced pinwheels on a platter and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
