Prepare the fillings by mixing cheese, protein, peppers, and onions.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray or oil.
Place one tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle half of the cheese mixture over one half of the tortilla, and fold the other half over it.
Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes
Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before cutting into heart shapes.
Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter or knife to cut into heart shapes and serve.
