Creamy Reuben Sandwich Dip for Crowd-Pleasing Snacks

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup shredded corned beef
  • 1 cup sauerkraut
  • 1/4 cup diced green onion
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dill weed

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Add in the shredded Swiss cheese, corned beef, sauerkraut, green onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and dill weed. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbling and lightly browned on top.
  6. Let the dip cool slightly before serving.
