Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can 10 oz diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup jalapeƱos chopped (optional)

Method
 

  1. Prepare the slow cooker by greasing the interior lightly.
  2. In the slow cooker, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and both cheeses.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes with their juices, taco seasoning, and jalapeƱos (if using).
  4. Stir the ingredients together until fully combined.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  6. Once the dip is smooth and bubbly, taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  7. Serve warm with your choice of chips and veggies.
