- Prepare the slow cooker by greasing the interior lightly.
- In the slow cooker, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and both cheeses.
- Add the diced tomatoes with their juices, taco seasoning, and jalapeƱos (if using).
- Stir the ingredients together until fully combined.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Once the dip is smooth and bubbly, taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve warm with your choice of chips and veggies.
