Creamy Cheesy Baked Artichoke Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Stir in chopped artichoke hearts, garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
