Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in chopped artichoke hearts, garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
