Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese grated
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 4 ounces diced pimentos drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Grate the cheddar cheese and soften the cream cheese.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated cheddar and softened cream cheese.
  3. Add the diced pimentos and mayonnaise to the cheese mixture.
  4. Incorporate Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
