Crafting Fresh Guacamole for Every Occasion

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes diced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 small Jalapeño minced (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped (optional)

Method
 

  1. Select ripe avocados.
  2. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
  3. Mash the avocados to your desired consistency.
  4. Mix in the lime juice and salt.
  5. Add onions, tomatoes, and cumin.
  6. Stir in jalapeño and cilantro, if using.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
  8. Serve immediately or store properly.
