- Add chicken breasts to the crockpot.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic.
- Pour in the chicken broth and canned tomatoes.
- Add black beans, corn, jalapeƱos, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks just before serving.
- Stir in lime juice and adjust seasoning.
- Serve hot, garnished with tortilla strips and cilantro.
