Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter, stirring until the crackers are well-coated.
  5. Sprinkle the buttery cracker mixture evenly over the chicken layer in the baking dish.
  6. Finally, bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
