Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops about 1 inch thick
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Method

  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops for about 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
  3. Transfer the seared pork chops to the crockpot.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the ranch seasoning, cream of mushroom soup, and chicken broth until well combined.
  5. Pour the ranch mixture over the pork chops in the crockpot, ensuring they are well coated.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, until the pork is tender.
  7. Once cooked, carefully remove the pork chops from the crockpot and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Serve the pork chops with the sauce ladled over, garnished with chopped parsley.
