- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn, heavy cream, milk, eggs, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the mixture to form a crunchy layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, or until the casserole is set and the top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
